Village Walk 16 is an ideal home for hosting your family and friends on vacation. The main floor is an open concept with soaring 12 foot ceilings and large windows. At the centre is a chef’s kitchen with a massive island, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen area is flanked by a large dinning area with seating for 8, plus room for 4 more at the island. In the step down living area enjoy the large cozy leather sectional sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, awesome views and a deck with a gas BBQ grill.

The master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, another balcony and a very large private ensuite with dual sinks, large tub, and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for the kids with a queen bed with twin bunk overhead, plus an additional twin bed. In the hallway is another full bath for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to share.

On the lower floor you’ll find the front entry, a single vehicle garage and a spacious den area with another large sectional/sofa bed, large TV, Xbox gaming console, a three piece bath as well as a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. The sleeper-sectional has a comfortable queen-size memory foam mattress. Finally, retreat to the back patio and access your private Big Foot hot tub.

Parking: one smaller vehicle inside garage (normal residential height overhead door) and one vehicle outside, directly in front of garage door.

Master Bedroom - one king bed - sleeps 2
2nd Bedroom - one queen bed - sleeps 2
3rd Bedroom - one queen/single bunk, one singe bed - sleeps 4
Lower Den - one queen sofa bed - sleeps 2

Bathrooms
Master Ensuite - slipper tub and walk in shower
2nd Bathroom (for bedrooms 2 and 3) - tub and shower
Main Floor Powder Room - 2 piece
Lower Den Bathroom - tub and shower

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. There are NO cancellations within 45 days of arrival.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:
A $75.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is required for all reservations, and is collected with the reservation balance of payment. The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable Fee that relieves Guests of the cost for unintentional and accidental damage to the Rental Property and its contents, not to exceed the amount of coverage (up to $500.00 CAD of unintentional damage). The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover Excess Damage Costs. Excess Damage Costs include but not limited to: unintentional damage amounts exceeding 500.00 CAD, intentional damage, theft, unauthorized entry into locked areas, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, municipal and/or strata by-law noise, parking, or other fines levied against Guest or visitors of Guest. Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs in writing, and the amount charged immediately to the Guest’s credit card. The Guest, by booking the property and as part of the reservation process, acknowledges & assumes full responsibility for any Excess Damage Costs due to misuse, negligence or action by the Guest or Guest’s visitors.
