Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom. Soak in the large tub, or use the walk-in shower. Adjacent cedar lined dry sauna is perfect for soothing those weary muscles apres ski !Quality bath linens, soap, shampoo and hair dryer.

Bathroom 2 - The master ensuite. Soaker tub. Large walk-in shower. Double vanity sinks. Hairdryer, soaps and shampoo.

Kitchen:

Spacious high-end designer kitchen with high ceilings, tall windows, and great views of the mountains and ski runs. New appliances. Lots of counter space. Open to dining and living areas for easy flow.

Living Area:

The living room continues the open concept main floor. Enjoy the warmth and ambience of the gas fireplace. A large flat screen TV is located above the fireplace. Plenty of seating for your family and friends with two large sofas and armchair. The unique wall of towering windows provide stunning mountain views. Two glass doors off the dining and living areas for easy access to deck with barbeque and hot tub. This chalet definitely has the WOW factor!

Dining Area:

Open to kitchen and living area. Dining table seats ten people. The main floor kitchen island has seating for five. Easy access to the large deck with barbeque and hot tub.

Mid-Level Den: perfect spot for the kids to hang-out while the parents are upstairs enjoying a glass of wine after a fun day on the slopes!


Exposure:

Enjoy the warmth of the sunshine and the light of the moon and stars through the wall of south facing windows located on the top floor.

Lofted/Cathedral Ceilings - Excellent use of wood beams & high ceilings.

Views - Wall of windows located on the main floor living area. Fantastic views from living area and bedrooms. Views of Mount Morrisey and the valley below.

PLEASE NOTE: As with all stand-alone homes in the resort, this property has a separate & private lower full time tenant suite that is occupied.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. There are NO cancellations within 45 days of arrival.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:
A $85.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is required for all reservations, and is collected with the reservation balance of payment. The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable Fee that relieves Guests of the cost for unintentional and accidental damage to the Rental Property and its contents, not to exceed the amount of coverage (up to $500.00 CAD of unintentional damage). The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover Excess Damage Costs. Excess Damage Costs include but not limited to: unintentional damage amounts exceeding 500.00 CAD, intentional damage, theft, unauthorized entry into locked areas, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, municipal and/or strata by-law noise, parking, or other fines levied against Guest or visitors of Guest. Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs in writing, and the amount charged immediately to the Guest’s credit card. The Guest, by booking the property and as part of the reservation process, acknowledges & assumes full responsibility for any Excess Damage Costs due to misuse, negligence or action by the Guest or Guest’s visitors.
